Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio is seeking a full-time (37.5 Hours) mission-minded Systems Technician. Must reside in Ohio (preferably the Columbus area) prior to start date. The Systems Technician's primary role is to ensure proper computer and peripheral operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes being the first level of support and response to end users' technology help and trouble tickets submitted. The goal is to properly communicate and resolve technology issues within the documented Service Level Agreement (SLA) or to raise the ticket to a senior level technician. Working with end users and other technology projects will involve working both remotely and onsite when dictated by the situation.
