Requirements

• Associates Degree with 3+ years of related experience of service desk and computer troubleshooting, or 5+ years of related experience in lieu of degree
• Knowledge of Windows 11 OS, with related 3+ years of experience with troubleshooting hardware/software related issues
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to constant technical protocols
• US Citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Provides installation, maintenance and troubleshooting support of information systems applications and related peripheral hardware
• Work with peers to support desktops and laptops utilized for everyday warehouse management services
• Work independently and with peers to provide support to customers
• Receive and respond to daily support tickets to keep the Department of State contracted employees in business to do their jobs
• Support a high-paced, high-visibility contract (Department of State)
