About The Position
The Systems Support Associate - Level 2 is responsible for providing internal support for software and hardware used in the design, development, and manufacturing processes at Daikin Comfort Technologies. This role requires strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to respond quickly to issues, triage problems, and debug systems effectively. The associate will work closely with various teams to gather requirements, track incidents, and assist in the deployment of new applications or software upgrades.
