Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering or technical discipline and 5+ years of engineering, IT or technical experience OR 7+ years of engineering, IT or technical experience
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

System Development: Develop and maintain ROL system rules and models using JavaScript (variables, loops, functions), ensuring alignment with Motorola Solutions, Inc. (MSI) guidelines.
Technical Expertise: Leverage 5+ years of experience in system design and deep knowledge of MSI LMR products, including ASTRO 25, MOTOTRBO, MCC7500E, and AXS Consoles.
Testing & QA: Conduct comprehensive integration and system testing in cloud environments, utilizing tools like Playwright for automated test maintenance.
Agile Collaboration: Work within a mature, small-scale Agile team to refine the application and manage defects via Jira.
User Support: Provide timely technical support and facilitate application training sessions for users, both virtually and in person.
Continuous Growth: Participate in advanced JavaScript training and specialized workshops focused on ROL testing techniques and CI/CD practices.
