Our technicians identify the problem. 👉 You step in and bring it home. You’ll be running in-home appointments across HVAC, boilers, water heaters, IAQ, and more. Some calls will be straightforward. Some won’t. The difference is you don’t get rattled. You ask good questions. You listen. You lead the conversation. And when it’s time… you confidently ask for the sale. Let’s be real for a second… If your style is: “I’ll send you a quote and follow up later…” This won’t work. If your style is: “Let’s figure out what actually makes sense and make a decision today…” You’ll do very well here. You’ll have: Pre-qualified leads Real opportunity in the home The ability to make strong money But none of that matters if you don’t close. This role is for someone who: Takes ownership of their results Follows up like their income depends on it (because it does) Doesn’t need someone checking in every five minutes And wants to be paid based on performance—not time And just so we’re clear… If you’re not earning at least $150K in this role, something’s off.
