Job Overview: Provide operational support for Identity and Access (IAM) management activities related to system software, problem determination or resource management requiring communication and coordination with vendors, technicians, clients, and management. Perform procedures necessary to manage systems security and account permissions to protect information systems across the enterprise. Validate information security procedures are updated, communicated and followed. Audit and grants account permissions to network resources and applications. Performs network scans and reviews of security logs and controls. Facilitate the remediation of vulnerabilities and inconsistencies. Document and track information security issues or incidents. Assist with security assessments based on the direction of the Director of Cybersecurity. Administer and monitor data backups, restores and archives. Elevate & Thrive: Key Responsibilities: Perform Identity Access Management and Governance control administration of user/network provisioning, de-provisioning and access permissions. Controls include: IAM system, Active Directory, email group membership, data/file permissions and other application systems account management for cloud and on-premise solutions. Perform regular audits of access control and provide reports as requested. Administer and document standards and procedures associated with access control administration. Perform processes required to maintain system account permissions for organizational job roles. Review security controls for new systems being deployed/implemented. Review and document disaster recovery events and validate tests are conducted periodically, properly documented and plans are communicated. Perform routine network scans and review security logs for traffic patterns and system anomalies. Coordinate remediation of detected vulnerabilities and inconsistencies. Review the latest news and research to contribute to the organization's information security strategy. Provide support for security assessments. Support includes reviewing activities for compliance with documented standards, assessing system configurations and gathering system artifacts for review. Monitor information security documentation for updates per scheduled requirements. Ensure data governance and integrity through backup and recovery processes. Occasional tasks.

Requirements

  • Any combination of post secondary education in Business, Information Technology or related IT field and/or network experience to equal four years
  • Detail orientated personality with demonstration of strong organizational skills
  • Experience with Active Directory security administration in a large Windows network
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of tools, technologies, security strategies and their implications on the broader business environment
  • Have an understanding of Information Security concepts, protocols, industry best practices and strategies
  • Have experience in Active Directory security administration in a Windows network with over 1000 clients
  • Demonstrated background of Windows NTFS and Share Permissions.
  • Ability to develop internal processes and procedures as it relates to day-to-day system security administration
  • Have technical knowledge of mainstream operating systems (for example, Microsoft Windows and Unix/Linux) and a range of security technologies such as identity and access management systems
  • Experience in general technical knowledge of current network hardware/software, protocols, and standards
  • Experience in conducting research into information security issues, reviewing logs and evaluating security controls
  • Proficiencies in using Microsoft Excel, Visio and Word

  • Sailpoint IAM product suite experience preferred
