cFocus Software seeks a Systems Programmer (Web/SharePoint) to join our program supporting the Department of Defense (DoD). This position is remote. This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Design, develop, and maintain Navy SharePoint sites, pages, workflows, and web applications in support of mission and enterprise operations.
Customize and configure SharePoint lists, libraries, forms, and permissions to meet user and program requirements.
Develop scripts, web parts, and applications using PowerShell, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and C# to automate and enhance functionality.
Maintain and update SharePoint environments (on-premises and/or SharePoint Online), ensuring system stability, security, and compliance.
Coordinate with system administrators and cybersecurity teams to implement STIG-compliant configurations and security updates.
Perform system analysis and troubleshooting for web and SharePoint-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resolution.
Administer permissions and access controls to ensure compliance with DoD information assurance policies.
Develop workflows and forms using SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, or similar tools to streamline business processes.
Support migration activities between SharePoint versions or environments, including data validation and testing.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify web application and SharePoint requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Document system configurations, workflows, and user guides for ongoing maintenance and end-user support.
Monitor web and SharePoint system performance and implement enhancements as required to optimize efficiency.
Integrate third-party tools, plugins, and APIs to extend SharePoint and web application functionality.
Develop and maintain responsive, accessible, and user-friendly web designs in compliance with Section 508 standards.
Train users and provide technical support for SharePoint and web application functionalities.
Four (4) years of professional experience in relation to using various programming languages to develop websites and network systems, maintaining databases, developing new user interfaces and designing and debugging website.
Qualified experience in HTML, JavaScript, CSS and C++ programming language and experience in SharePoint.
