This position reports to the Platform Systems Manager within the Bureau of Service Operations and is responsible for providing systems administration and support within the Platform Systems team. The team manages the Department’s enterprise desktop and mobile support infrastructure, including Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, DNS, DHCP, Azure, and server infrastructure. The position also supports the Department’s ITIL-based service management toolset and plays a key role in onboarding, offboarding, audit reporting, and supporting Motorist Services customers.
