Requirements

• Knowledge of web development languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and Active Server Pages.
• Knowledge of web development best practices.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Knowledge of recognized industry-wide web development software/programs.
• Ability to work with common graphics software.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the OIR Website Coordinator.
• Design, implement, and maintain integration with Content Management solutions used by the Department.
• Design and maintain Content Management solutions used by the Department.
• Perform systems analysis and programming tasks to maintain computer systems software.
• Consult with the business units in estimating and prioritizing web changes.
• Utilize HTML and CSS to design and maintain standards conforming templates for external website computer systems.
• Provide support for agency and development graphics and design.
• Provide publishing support for internal and external website computer systems.
• Gather metrics from business units for external websites.
• Monitor navigation and functionality of external websites.
• Other duties as required by the position.
