Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (NGDS) is looking for a Systems/Principal Engineer Systems based out of Huntsville, Alabama for the CBAD Efforts. this requisition is contingent upon funding/award This requisition may be filled based on qualifications listed below:

Requirements

Level 3: Principal: 5 Years with Bachelors in Science; 3 Years with Masters; 1 Years with PhD. Level 2: 2 Years with Bachelors in Science: 1 Year with a Masters
Must have test and evaluation knowledge
Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering
Experience with Cameo or MagicDraw
Proven ability to comprehend/develop/decompose System Architecture and System Requirements (from System Specifications high-level requirements to the lowest level) in a model-based environment
Experience with Requirements Impact Assessments, Change Requests, and Engineering Change Proposals
Proven ability to understand software systems interface documentation, interconnect diagrams, military standards
Active Secret Clearance required to start

Nice To Haves

Technical experience with IAMD: C2 with understanding of weapons, sensors, distributed computing and these systems' impact on a command-and-control system's architecture, requirements, and interfaces for communications between these systems
Systems Engineering Experience in an Agile environment
Experience with Jira
IBCS experience preferred
Link-16 Experience
Familiarity with weapon systems and sensors such as: PATRIOT, Sentinel, G/ATOR, etc.
