The Systems Operations Manager is responsible for the centralized Learning Management System (LMS) operation processes and procedures, course management, the end-to-end administration of all learning activities, including new activity creation, scheduling, attendance management, and administrative maintenance. The operations management of ADOT's LMS serves to optimize processes and elevate customer service on communications, issue management, customer troubleshooting, customer resolution, and establish standard operating procedures to ensure ADOT's system is performing at a high standard of operational efficiency. Additionally, the Systems Operations Manager will oversee the program and administrative management for the CPR & First Aid, and Tuition Reimbursement programs. This position will serve as supervisor to the LMS administrative staff. This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.
