Signature Aviation is seeking a collaborative and strategic Systems Manager to lead the operations, optimization, and governance of our systems infrastructure, reporting to the Director of Infrastructure. This critical role ensures the reliability, security, and performance of our core platforms and services, including database administration, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 products, collaboration tools, and hosting of enterprise applications. As a hands-on leader with at least 3 years of experience leading teams, you will guide a high-performing team of administrators and engineers, work closely with other managers and directors within the IT infrastructure team, and step in for technical tasks when needed. This high-impact leadership role shapes the stability and scalability of our infrastructure, driving the success of our IT operations. As Systems Manager, you will be a key leader within the IT infrastructure team, driving system reliability, security, and scalability. By building a high-performing team, collaborating with other IT managers and directors, and engaging hands-on when needed, you will ensure our infrastructure supports Signature's goals.
