This position requires an active U.S. Government Security Clearance at the TS/SCI level with required polygraph. We are seeking a Systems Integrator to support the coordination and execution of mission-critical software and data integration efforts. This role is highly hands-on and focused on keeping development teams organized, on task, and moving forward through effective use of Jira, clear planning, and close collaboration with engineers, analysts, and customer stakeholders. This role closely aligns with agile delivery and development team coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Geography), or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong, hands-on experience using Jira to manage and track software development work.
  • Experience supporting system accreditation requirements and creation of required documentation.
  • Willingness to work onsite full time in McLean, VA.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Agile or sprint-based development (practical, delivery-focused experience preferred).
  • Experience using Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
  • Knowledge of cloud migration approaches and modernization patterns.
  • Experience with AWS or cloud-native application environments.
  • Familiarity with Intelligence Community data and workflows.
  • Exposure to geospatial tools, applications, or enterprise systems.
  • Experience supporting large-scale or mission-critical applications.
  • Familiarity with sponsor-specific project management frameworks and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of software development and integration efforts across multiple teams.
  • Develop migration and integration plans, including scope, level of effort estimates, and delivery timelines.
  • Work with analysts to plan, prioritize, and execute data discovery and integration activities.
  • Coordinate with developers to plan and execute sprint-based development work.
  • Maintain Jira as the system of record by creating, updating, and organizing epics, stories, and tasks.
  • Track progress, identify risks or blockers, and help teams resolve issues early.
  • Create and maintain project artifacts, schedules, and delivery documentation.
  • Support configuration management activities and environment transitions.
  • Engage directly with customer stakeholders and partner organizations to support both strategic planning and day-to-day execution.
  • Assist with documentation and transition of security and accreditation materials for new and legacy systems.
