Delivering integration and training supports operational solutions across multiple time zones and geographic regions. Requirements

Experience with integration of Special Operations systems and capabilities
Experience with instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and training coordination
Experience with Tactical Mission Networks (TMNs) architecture encompassing multiple tenants through End User Devices (EUDs)
Experience with managing growing teams or coordinating cross-functional efforts in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Government stakeholder engagement
Ability to work signal flow from sensors
Ability to integrate real-world operational scenarios into training programs and adapt content to evolving mission needs
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED
DoW IAT Level II Certification

Nice To Haves

Experience with Agile or Scrum methodology
Knowledge of dashboard analytics or mission-relevant technical systems
Bachelor’s degree
