About The Position

This senior-level role focuses on ensuring operational readiness and successful deployment of customer products within a government intelligence environment. The candidate must be Customer ops-certified (preferably in the APEX mission space). This is a highly technical, mission-focused systems integration role requiring deep operational expertise, testing leadership, and direct engagement with senior intelligence stakeholders.

Requirements

7–12+ years of relevant experience (depending on degree level; additional experience may substitute for degree)
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Customer Technical Operations certification
Strong systems engineering lifecycle knowledge
Experience with product requirements, testing, and test plan development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Basic RF knowledge
Experience developing CONOPS

Responsibilities

Lead and execute operational readiness activities prior to product deployment
Develop and execute test plans; ensure full testing coverage and requirements verification/validation
Support and conduct operational and technical testing
Ensure compliance with government information assurance and cybersecurity standards
Participate in hardware/software design reviews and lifecycle evaluations
Identify and resolve product issues in coordination with development teams
Review and improve technical documentation
Prepare and deliver briefings, reports, and recommendations to senior government officials
Maintain documentation (e.g., Confluence), facilitate meetings, and support cross-team collaboration
