One area is reviewing and updating our internal technology delivery processes to streamline project teams ability to execute their infrastructure builds quickly through IaC - Infrastructure as Code. • Knowledge with JIRA, Confluence, Cruise, Service Now, etc). Manages multiple suppliers and vendors, both internal and external, on the integration of diverse technologies. Assists in developing project metrics on IT projects during the project planning phase, and after initiation.
