About the position

The Systems Integrator role at Bridge Core involves providing strategic support and technology integration to enhance collaboration and information management within government agencies. The position focuses on designing tools for tracking organizational objectives, facilitating high-impact meetings, and ensuring effective communication across various projects. The role is critical in modernizing the digital workplace and supporting the government's mission through tailored technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level strategic support to enhance collaboration and information management within the organization.
• Drive initiatives for effective strategic prioritization and cross-functional alignment.
• Align goals and track progress to ensure the successful execution of multiple projects.
• Create and deploy visually intuitive trackers for strategic objectives, budget planning, contract procurement, and onboarding processes.
• Compile and draft responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) on behalf of Group leadership.
• Facilitate offsites, strategic sessions, and collaborative events such as roundtables.
• Conduct research and engage with private sector and academic institutions to ensure alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
• Serve as the primary Bluescape point of contact for implementation and support.

Requirements

• Mid-level experience in systems integration or related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to design and implement tracking tools and systems.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience in conducting research and engaging with stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with Bluescape or similar collaboration tools.
• Experience working with government agencies or in a government contracting environment.
