We are hiring for a great technical opportunity for a Systems Integrator - Top Secret clearance to work onsite for our Port Hueneme, CA location. This position requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from accredited University; or equivalent experience and/or certifications.
  • 5 or more years of progressive, hands-on experience administering or engineering security enterprise information systems.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in developing solutions and leading implementations to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Experience gathering and validating IT requirements, conducting analyses of IT systems, and delivering solutions.
  • Excellent written, verbal, communication, presentation, and training skills.
  • Skilled in writing professional, routing technical correspondence and documentation.
  • Shall meet the Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) Technical Support Specialist; Intermediate Level for SECNAV M-5239.2 compliance.
  • Certificates: CompTIA Security+ ce; or CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+); or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP); or GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC); or Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP).

Nice To Haves

  • 8 or more years leading enterprise-level IT projects and/or teams.
  • Advanced certification in a technical profession (i.e., MCSE, CISSP, ITIL, PMP, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of all aspects of enterprise-grade IT systems across the stack.
  • Familiarity with the Project Management Framework, IT Governance, Software Development Lifecycle, DevOps, and/or ITIL.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-disciplinary projects and activities within the Activity's IT Operations Integration office.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues and problems, streamline overarching processes, and deliver solutions to the enterprise.
  • Analyze complex technical and functional IT issues, providing recommendations, and implementing solutions to resolve concerns in accordance with applicable OCIO governance processes.
  • Define, implement, and maintain IT service and operational management programs to facilitate comprehensive and controlled oversight of activities within the Operations portfolio.
  • Lead and participate in multidisciplinary project teams, tiger teams, and working groups focused on new or improved technological solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements, maintain a backlog of follow-on activities, develop courses of action, and execute solutions.
  • Deliver and present briefings, statuses, schedules, and progress to Governance boards and Senior leadership.
  • Baseline, track, and report on metrics that demonstrate the progress and impact of ongoing IT operations initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain formal documentation for technical and functional technologies and processes.
  • Participate in engagements with partners, suppliers, key stakeholders, and end users to support the seamless provisioning of products and services.
  • Perform delegated duties when designated by the Operations Integration Lead.
