About The Position

Systems Integrator, Senior The Opportunity: Plan, prepare, and deliver Mission Command Information Systems integration. Integrate requisite Live, Virtual, Constructive, Gaming, and Mission Command ( LVCG–MC ) systems in training environments, including classrooms for individual and collective training of small to large groups. Train military users and develop training met hods and materials, including curriculum, lectures, and computer-based training aids based on client and user specifications. Work with users to design, create, and configure systems to meet training requirements. Participate in spe cia l projects and perform additional duties to support client requirements. Design and execute strategic and operational-level wargames for a range of participants such as senior military leaders, CEOs, action officers, or corporate managers. Apply specific functional knowledge, including working or general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance, and review or guide activities of more junior employees.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in the Information Technology field
  • Experience with U.S. Army Mission Command Information Systems
  • Experience with constructive simulations and stimulations, including the Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability ( JLCCTC ) , Joint Defense Logistics Model ( JDLM ) , and Warfighters Simulation ( WARSIM )
  • Knowledge of military training, planning, and exercise design
  • Knowledge of U.S. Army exercise systems and networks
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and up to 12 hours a day outside of normal work hours
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to obtain a Security+ Certification within 90 days of hire date

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with mobile simulation deployment and operations
  • Experience as an Observer Coach or Trainer ( OC / T ) , Simulation Operations Officer FA 57A or CP36, Army Planner FA 59, Battle Staff NCO, or Digital Master Gunner
  • Experience with Games For Training ( GFT ) and virtual training capabilities, including Virtual Battlespace 3 ( VBS3 )
  • Experience as an Exercise Project Officer
  • Knowledge of simulations planning and asso cia ted network architectures
  • Ability to meet with clients to plan, analyze, design, and test computer applications to ensure computer sof tware and applications adhere to the organizational plan
  • CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, or SSCP Certification
