About The Position

The SI/PM will support the Chief of Business Intelligence (BI) within a group focused on transforming data into actionable business intelligence to enhance decision-making and drive operational efficiency across the organization. Project Management support will include, but is not limited to, the following: Execute projects using the Sponsor’s Project Management Framework (PMF) to plan and coordinate timely completion of tasks and activities. Provide a total systems perspective, including technical understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements. Develop project deliverables, including briefings, summary reports, and status reports. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely identification and resolution of issues, risk reduction, and stakeholder satisfaction. Develop long-term and strategic objectives to ensure Sponsor’s requirements are met.

Requirements

• Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
• Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize information from various sources.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with experience preparing briefings and presenting to executives.
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile) and the Project Management Framework (PMF).
• Strong soft skills, including active listening, conflict resolution, and relationship building.
• High emotional intelligence, with self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, and empathy.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the following Business IT tools/platforms: Enterprise ServiceNow Platform (ESP), SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI, Splunk, Excel, and Microsoft Project.
