We are dedicated to delivering impactful results to meet mission goals through cutting-edge technology and expertise. We are seeking a Systems Integrator - Governance to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in developing innovative and effective solutions for our DoD customers within the IC sector.

Requirements

• BA/BS with 5+ years of experience; Masters and 3+ years of experience; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Previous IC or DoD experience.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with Government Leads at the executive level.
• Expertise in governance processes as they relate to development programs.
• Knowledge in Agile and Waterfall methodologies as well as understanding associated control gates and how these can be tracked, managed, and reported in an integrated master schedule.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates experience in consulting with a specialization in business and operational process change.
• Provides process engineering technical support expertise to production activities and plans projects to improve unit operations.
• Analyzes processes and re-engineering alternatives, with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment.
• Creates process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes to impacted teams.
• Uses analyses to develop recommended operational improvements, lowering costs and improving customer service.
• Recommends and facilitates quality improvement efforts.
