About The Position
As a Systems Integration & Test Engineer, you will support the Long Range Hypersonic Weapon (LRHW) program by planning and executing the integration and testing of hardware systems. You’ll play a key role in ensuring systems are built, tested, and validated correctly—both on the production floor and at launch sites. Requirements
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
- Hands-on experience with hardware assembly, integration, and testing
- Experience creating technical documentation, including test plans and presentations
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present technical information to leadership and customers
- Comfortable participating in and presenting during program reviews
- Ability to work onsite across facilities in Huntsville, Alabama
Nice To Haves
- Certified Test Conductor or Certified Principal Engineer
- Experience with missile defense systems integration and checkout
- Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency or U.S. Army programs
- Experience developing detailed hardware tests
- Background in Assembly, Test, and Launch Operations (ATLO) environments
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics
- Experience supporting Failure Review Boards or Change Control Boards
- Familiarity with tools such as SAP, EPDM, VECAMS, JIRA, or similar systems
- Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional teams or projects

- Provide technical oversight for hardware assembly, integration, and testing
- Plan and support production floor and launch site operations
- Develop and execute test scripts, procedures, and documentation
- Lead and support teams during integration and test activities
- Present program status and technical results to leadership and customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Support program reviews and ensure alignment with customer requirements
- Analyze test results and contribute to system validation and reporting
