Requirements
- Interim Secret Clearance required before start
- Experience or willingness to learn AIT operations
- Experience or willingness to write and execute test procedures in ATLO or production environments
- Confidence in presenting to executives and high-level customers
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce technical documents, test plans, procedures, and reports
- This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Nice To Haves
- Prior certification as Certified Test Conductor or Principal Engineer
- Experience with Missile Defense Agency (MDA) programs
- Familiarity with missile systems testing in production/operations
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Background in manufacturing or test engineering
- Experience on multi-functional, multi-disciplinary teams
- Proficiency with LM Space Systems tools (SAP, EPDM, VECAMS, PMP Database, Automation Framework) or equivalents
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal analyzers, power supplies)
- Strong communication skills to build trusted relationships with customers, leadership, and teammates
Responsibilities
- Lead assembly, integration, and test (AIT) activities to deliver systems ready for action.
- Develop, refine, and maintain test plans, procedures, and documentation with precision and clarity.
- Coordinate day-to-day test operations across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and external partners.
- Drive troubleshooting and root-cause analysis during integration cycles.
- Earn certification and operate as a Certified Test Conductor/Test Engineer (training provided).
- Uphold Lockheed Martin's gold standard for safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
