About The Position

Working under the direction of the Coordinator of Systems Integration, Systems Integration Support Analyst provides technical, functional, testing, and training support to the technology team members and end users for the college's SIS, ERP, and integrating systems.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of similar or related experience.
  • A two year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school.
  • Proficient analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with little or no guidance.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Education or experience with relational databases or other data analysis systems (SQL and/or Oracle).

Responsibilities

  • Participation in projects will include involvement in researching technical requirements, testing support, creating documentation, attending development demos, and assisting with adoption.
  • Work with functional areas to provide support for the college's SIS, ERP and integrating systems.
  • Use problem solving to ensure efficient and innovative use of computing systems. Assist with quality improvement through issue research and resolution, analysis of software modifications, business process review and mapping, requirements documentation, and general technical assistance.
  • Work closely with the technology team members to support and participate in the configuration, development, testing, and implementation of all Banner modules and system modifications.
  • Interact with Professional Services and technical resources to enhance support of the college's SIS, ERP and integrating systems.
  • Support requests submitted by the technology team members and end users to the customer center.
  • Assist with research and make recommendations for client/server hardware, software, and protocols as well as integration products and services in support of procurement and development efforts.
  • Study existing information processing systems to evaluate effectiveness and develop new systems to improve production or workflow as required.
  • Develop and manage educational training on Banner and other relevant technologies for the college's SIS, ERP and integrating systems.
  • Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
