About The Position

NV5 Geospatial is actively recruiting a Systems Integration Specialist. Strong capabilities integrating JIRA, GitLab and other IT service management tools and ensuring seamless data synchronization and workflow automation are required. The Systems Integration Specialist will be based on-site at US Army Garrison Miami/US Southern Command. US citizenship, along with the ability to successfully pass a basic background check for access to US military bases, is required for employment. The successful candidate will have an active TS/SCI. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or five (5) years of equivalent experience in system integration.
  • Demonstrated experience in integrating ITSM platforms, developing API-based solutions, and ensuring secure identity federation.
  • Demonstrated experience with OAuth, SAML, and enterprise authentication protocols.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills to streamline data exchange between platforms.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize complex project tasks.
  • US citizenship, along with the ability to successfully pass a basic background check for access to US military bases, is required for employment.
  • Secret required, TS/SCI preferred

Nice To Haves

  • ITIL Foundation Certification or Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect.
  • Portuguese or Spanish language skills.
  • Experience with government IT programs and environments.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure interoperability between JIRA and GitLab by configuring automated workflows for task tracking, reporting, and approvals.
  • Establish authentication integrations with the sponsoring Command’s Microsoft Active Directory (Azure AD) to enforce CAC/PIV-based access controls in accordance with DoD identity management policies.
