About The Position

ProSidian Seeks a Systems Integration Specialist | IT & Operational Technology (OT) Integration [PCBOCC0032031] for Program Support on a Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Basis Technical Element located CONUS - Pasco County Across The South East Region supporting Pasco County in enhancing performance, resilience, and sustainability of its water, wastewater, and reclaimed water systems through comprehensive engineering, planning, environmental, and digital transformation services. Seeking Systems Integration Specialist candidates with relevant Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Sector Clients such as PCBOCC. This as a Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) IT & Operational Technology (OT) Integration Functional Area Professional - SCADA, Electrical, and Instrumentation/Controls Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in control systems or enterprise system integration.
• API development, SCADA/PLC protocols, SQL, RESTful services, middleware configuration.
• Systems thinking, interoperability, problem-solving, cross-platform coordination.

Nice To Haves

• Understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office.
• Advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Integrate SCADA, instrumentation, and control platforms with enterprise software and cloud systems.
• Coordinate with IT and OT teams to enable seamless data flow across platforms.
• Develop interfaces, APIs, and dashboards for real-time operational decision-making.
• Lead integration efforts for asset management and real-time operations dashboards.
• Support cloud migration strategies for secure and scalable infrastructure integration.
