  • Create and maintain Amadeus driven technology (Smart Flows, Smart Script, Quality Monitor and Concur Compleat) to support multiple servicing platforms within Altour corporate travel.
  • Support corporate travel division with creative solutions that increase productivity related to the agent workflow process, end-to-end automation, client services and operational quality assurance.
  • Develop effective and efficient automation to provide agents an end-to-end booking solution.
  • Perform weekly script updates which include thorough QA testing of all key scripts.
  • Create and maintain documentation.
  • Assist in analysis, UAT support, and postproduction support as needed.
  • Provide recommendations for optimization of existing automation features, operational processes and capabilities.
  • Recommend new solutions and processes needed to meet team, client, reporting & operational goals.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify the business needs.
  • Determine the best approach for delivery.
  • Communicate regularly and effectively on the status of all current projects.
  • Respond proactively and in a timely manner to service requests, project updates and agreed upon requests for information.
  • Conduct and/or participate in meetings to provide an overview of systems and integration processes and technology.
  • Provide administrative and technical assistance to training team/operations.
  • Experience creating Amadeus Smart Scripts, Amadeus Smart Flows, and use of Amadeus Quality Monitor tools.
  • Background successfully integrating Smart Scripts with APIs or Databases.
  • Proficiency in deployment of solutions to agents.
  • Substantial skills and proven working knowledge of Amadeus with an understanding of corporate travel industry standards.
  • Experience and understanding of version control concepts and practical application of systems.
  • Knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • 3 or more years of Amadeus Automation development.
  • Experience using Concur Compleat.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills required to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Must be able to work independently and complete deliverables on time and with the highest level of quality.
