About The Position

Canvas provides engineering services and technical solutions for customers in federal and commercial markets. Duties: Provide advice and assistance services in support of range instrumentation acquisition efforts. Provide inputs to, consolidate, review, coordinate and track acquisition documentation. Provide inputs to the Government for use in the development of acquisition plans, RFPs, PWSs and other pre- proposal source selection related documents. Provide inputs to lot and unit acceptance test plans including providing advice and assistance for the implementation of such test plans. Provide advice and assistance in providing documentation relating to the installation of acquired telemetry systems. Provide advice and assistance services in support of component replacement efforts for telemetry systems. Advise and assist in all aspects of Airbourne to terrestrial satellite communications. Advise and assist in the installation of datalink equipment for aircraft flight testing. Advise and assist in the acquisition and installation of TSPI tracking Radar instrumentation. Advise and assist in the acquisition and installation of mesh radio MIMO networks. Requirements

  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution with 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance and able to obtain Top Secret clearance if needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and assistance services in support of range instrumentation acquisition efforts.
