About The Position

Serco is seeking a Systems Engineering (Test) Intern to join our satellite communications team located in Serco's Orlando, FL location. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, collaborative, transparent, and team-oriented with a focus on team empowerment & personal responsibility. In this role, you will: Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications. Write comprehensive test procedures. Test and troubleshoot software features. Identify and document defects. Collaborate with team members on various projects.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
• A High School Diploma.
• Be enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Engineering, Information Technology, Modeling & Simulation, or Computer Science).
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Proficiency with PC and MS Office Suite.
