Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related Science, Technology or Mathematics field.
  • Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
  • Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire.
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

  • AI-Assisted Engineering — Ability to leverage generative AI tools to accelerate systems engineering tasks such as requirements analysis, test documentation, design trade studies, and report summarization
  • AI Fluency — Comfort working with enterprise AI platforms and multiple AI models, including understanding when and how to apply AI effectively while following established guardrails for handling CUI and proprietary data
  • Continuous AI Learning — Willingness to stay current with evolving AI capabilities and adopt new AI-enabled workflows to improve engineering productivity and quality
