About The Position

Systems Engineering Support Analyst (Level 3 and Level 4) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Oklahoma City teams are looking for several talented, engaged Systems Engineering Support Analyst ( Level 3 and Level 4) to join one of our Bombers, Mobility & Surveillance, or Engineering Capability teams. The candidate will be a member of a dynamic and diverse Structural Engineering Boeing team in Oklahoma City. Duties include but not limited to: Researches, analyzes, and compiles technical and non-technical data of company products, system-level concepts and Engineering initiatives. Leads project execution and gathers and statuses performance metrics. Assists in the integration of technical, cost, value, risks and specialty engineering considerations into definition of the product. Leads proposal creation and definition. Attention to detail for the creation of deliverables, meeting minutes, process documentation, and team instructions. Identifies Risks, Issues, and Opportunities, defines and/or reviews risk mitigation and opportunity plans, and oversees implementation of agreed upon plans. Interfaces/collaborates with other members of the project or program teams, management, customers, and suppliers; works under general supervision and direction. Assist with the communication and implementation of Engineering initiatives. This position will be 100% onsite in Oklahoma City, OK. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of project management or leadership experience
  • 3+ years’ experience performing data analysis
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel (including Pivot Tables and Chart making), PowerPoint, Access and Database tools etc.
  • Experience presenting to leadership or a customer
  • This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
  • To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice To Haves

  • 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability and desire to learn new tools for engineering use
  • Active security clearance
  • Aerospace Industry Experience
  • 2+ years’ experience with Systems/Structures Engineering principles and design reviews
  • Experience with Database tools and database report generation
  • Experience with Earn Value Management, Scheduling tools, Proposals, and Risk Management
  • Experience with AGILE and Scrum Methodologies
  • Experience with DOORS, CAMEO, 3DExperience, CATIA, Mentor Capital and other Model based engineering tools
