About The Position

The Boeing Company is seeking several talented, engaged Systems Engineering Support Analysts (Level 3 and Level 4) to join our Bombers, Mobility & Surveillance, or Engineering Capability teams in Oklahoma City. The candidate will be part of a dynamic and diverse Structural Engineering team. Responsibilities include researching, analyzing, and compiling technical and non-technical data of company products, system-level concepts, and engineering initiatives. The role involves leading project execution, gathering performance metrics, assisting in the integration of various engineering considerations, and leading proposal creation. Attention to detail is crucial for creating deliverables, meeting minutes, process documentation, and team instructions. The candidate will identify risks, issues, and opportunities, define and review risk mitigation plans, and oversee their implementation. Collaboration with project teams, management, customers, and suppliers is essential, and the position requires working under general supervision. This position is 100% onsite in Oklahoma City, OK, and requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of project management or leadership experience.
• 3+ years' experience performing data analysis.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel (including Pivot Tables and Chart making), PowerPoint, Access, and Database tools.
• Experience presenting to leadership or a customer.

Nice To Haves

• 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability and desire to learn new tools for engineering use.
• Active security clearance.
• Aerospace Industry Experience.
• 2+ years' experience with Systems/Structures Engineering principles and design reviews.
• Experience with Database tools and database report generation.
• Experience with Earn Value Management, Scheduling tools, Proposals, and Risk Management.
• Experience with AGILE and Scrum Methodologies.
• Experience with DOORS, CAMEO, 3DExperience, CATIA, Mentor Capital, and other Model based engineering tools.

• Interfaces and collaborates with project teams, management, customers, and suppliers.
