Requirements

• 10 + years of related systems engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or mathematics.
• Must be a US Citizen and successfully complete a U.S. government background investigation.
• Must have a Secret clearance or be capable of obtaining an interim Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior systems engineer providing technical support to TDD and multiple Aviation Platform offices.
• Provide overall leadership, guidance, and quality of technical work for Mission Systems Architecture.
• Lead a diverse team.
• Establish standards, policy, processes for all Systems Engineering activities including risk, configuration management, requirements management, traceability, design reviews, etc.
• Support development of and review of Systems Engineering and program milestone documentation.
• Support major design reviews.
