About The Position
Raytheon Company, Managed by Collins Aerospace, is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee the Systems and Software Engineering department activities supporting the US Navy’s Space Signal Landing System (SSLS) providing precision approach and landing guidance to aircraft business under Mission Systems / Precision Navigation Systems. The Systems & Software Engineering Manager will be involved in all phases of the product life, including proposal preparation, brainstorming sessions, design, supplier support, manufacturing support, non-conforming material analysis, qualification testing, failure investigations, and sustaining activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for the technical performance of personnel in a team of about 10-15 engineers.
