This TTO supports a suite of web-based applications that automate data management for IC data custodians. The products facilitate the capture of information and approvals that allow for the movement of data through the customer mission space in a compliant manner. These products are critical to standardize and simplify data movement as well as data reuse and integration with downstream tools. The TTO is performed out of the Peraton contractor facility and offers flexible hours. The ideal candidate is expected to analyze user's requirements, draft concept of operations documents, and use high level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications. The SE will be responsible for analyzing system requirements and leads design and development activities, as well as guide the users in formulating requirements, advise on alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies. The candidate will be the primary technical lead for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.

  • Guiding system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.
  • Interacting with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts.
  • Communicating with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
  • Primary contact for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.
  • Fourteen (14) years' experience as a systems engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph clearance is required.
  • Scripting / software experience is highly desired.
