Lockheed Martin is seeking a Systems Engineering Manager to join the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) Platform System's Systems Engineering, Integration, & Test (SEIT) team to manage the Test Engineering team. In this role, you will be: Responsible for the oversight, staffing, and leadership of the Test Engineering team within the Platform Systems SEIT organization. Drive the overall test programs within the Platform Systems span of control by ensuring the timely planning, support, and execution of the test programs.

Requirements

Working knowledge of System-level testing methods and processes
General Technical or Functional leadership skills
Experience coordinating with multiple engineering functions (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Flight Sciences, Manufacturing, Test, etc.)
US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance.

Nice To Haves

Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
Missile or launcher segment test experience
Experience interacting with Navy SSP Customer and China Lake Test Facility
Experience leading geographically diverse teams
Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills and interpersonal skills to promote teamwork with internal and external customers
