Mobius is seeking a Systems Engineering Management (SEM) Lead to support the National Reconnaissance Office’s (NRO) Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED) Integrated System Program Office (ISPO) delivering Overhead Persistent Infra-Red (OPIR) mission management, tasking, collection, processing & dissemination, as well as, integration with DoD Space Based Infra-Red System (SBIRS). The SEM Lead will oversee systems engineering efforts within a dynamic, evolving program environment. This role will involve leading a team of systems engineers and other technical professionals to ensure adherence to engineering processes, documentation standards, and mission requirements. The SEM Lead will be instrumental in guiding the program's systems engineering lifecycle and will act as a key point of coordination across various functional areas, ensuring successful delivery of technical capabilities. This position is critical in supporting the overall mission objectives of the program and requires a strong leader with the ability to manage both the technical and strategic aspects of systems engineering. The position is in the National Capitol Region.
