About The Position

We are looking for talented and highly motivated individuals to assist our Systems Engineer team with the design and development of leading-edge products for military and space-based applications. Our Summer Engineering Internship Program offers students the opportunity to apply engineering skills in a dynamic and real-world environment in the following areas. The Systems Engineer Internship provides an opportunity to work with the lead engineer responsible for meeting technical requirements.

Requirements

• Majoring in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar Engineering Degree
• Studying Matlab
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program at an accredited college or university having completed their sophomore year
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Maintaining a 3.0 grade point average or higher
• Background that would permit the U.S. Department of Defense to issue a Secret clearance, which includes US citizenship

Responsibilities

• Development of system requirements
• Overall system architecture
• Radar/IFF Mode design
• Performance Analysis
• Systems design definition and documentation
• Test and integration methodology and documentation
• Customer interface and field testing

Benefits

• Compensation range: $38,079 - $57,118
• Annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment
• Shift premium for alternative shifts based on assigned shift and location
