What you will learn: Experimental design and testing Debug, troubleshoot and perform failure analysis Write test plans and execute Data analysis Design verification testing activities Device qualification testing Technical efficiency and time management across projects Intern duration: June 2026 to August 2026 Please note, this position does not offer relocation assistance. This is not a remote position. Job Summary In this role, you will work on a set of innovative medical devices on the path to commercialization. This work will span device qualification testing, verification testing and data analysis. You will work closely with Triple Ring Technologies’ engineers and scientists in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary, and collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Working toward Bachelor’s (Junior or Higher), Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Engineering
  • Hands-on experience with medical devices, experimental design and analysis, and/or electrical/mechanical testing and debugging
  • Collaborative spirit with keen attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to operate independently or semi-independently

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Python or other programming languages (such as C/C++/C#), data analysis using statistical techniques (t-test, ANOVA, etc.), wet lab experience and/or an understanding of electrical circuits

Responsibilities

  • Engage in systems integration and verification testing activities associated with the medical devices
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to design and test subsystems / specific functionalities of the medical devices
  • Document and report key experimental results, test plans, and design choices
  • Perform analyses of critical test results to inform design decisions and develop verification test architectures
