Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a Summer 2026 Systems Engineering Intern. In this role, you will perform systems engineering requirements and design tasks on a missile development program. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of engineering design principles.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program or higher from an accredited college in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics
• Willingness to work onsite in a classified lab environment
• Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance.

• Software: Microsoft Office Suite, DOORS and CAMEO
• Programming Languages: C++ and Python scripting
• Experience with requirements management and architecture development
• Strong technical writing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
