The team also has experience working with clients who have significant investments in non-financial assets on a global scale, such as fine art, professional sports teams, entertainment properties, intellectual property, commercial real estate, farmland, and personal residential estates. Position Mission: We are seeking a proactive and versatile System Engineer to provide in-person technical support and systems administration for our corporate IT environment onsite in Bellevue, WA. In this role, you’ll be the primary hands-on and in person resource for end-user support, troubleshooting, device management, maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring our users have a seamless technology experience. Our IT team is dedicated to providing exceptional technology support and solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position requires being in the office 5 days per week.

  • Deliver in-person technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and business applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and authentication issues for end users.
  • Manage helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
  • Set up and maintain workstations, conference room technology, and peripherals.
  • Provide onboarding and offboarding support, including account provisioning and device deployment.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
  • Administer Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Endpoint Management Tools.
  • Support and maintain conference room AV and video conferencing equipment.
  • Assist with implementation, maintenance, and improvement of systems, patching, backups, updates, automation, and endpoint security.
  • Monitor system health and performance, proactively improving stability and response times.
  • Support security solutions including identity governance, MFA, firewalls, antivirus, DLP, and intrusion protection.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, runbooks, and training resources.
  • Collaborate with team members across departments, HR, and vendors to resolve complex issues.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for incident response affecting corporate IT systems.
  • Minium of 4+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or systems engineering.
  • Strong hands-on experience supporting end users and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Technical fluency with Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD.
  • Solid understanding of endpoint management, identity and access management, and basic networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, OSI model).
  • Familiarity with automation or scripting tools, such as PowerShell, Python, PowerApps automation, or comparable technologies.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and see issues through to resolution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of IT support or systems administration experience
  • Experience with VDI technologies.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines or automation tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud security architecture and standards.
  • Exposure to incident response practices.
