We’re seeking a Mid-Level Systems Engineer to support mission-critical GEOINT capabilities across the National System of Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG), Allied System of Geospatial-Intelligence (ASG), and Federal partners. In this role, you’ll apply a multidisciplinary systems engineering approach to ensure geospatial intelligence solutions are reliable, resilient, and delivered on time to meet operational needs. What You’ll Do Apply systems engineering best practices across the full lifecycle, including requirements development, solution design, integration, testing, and sustainment. Analyze and translate mission and user needs into clear system and capability requirements. Develop and evaluate system architectures, ensuring traceability from requirements through implementation. Design technical solutions leveraging emerging technologies and cloud services to improve performance, automation, and scalability. Support systems integration efforts and assess operational impacts across enterprise environments. Conduct Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs), Courses of Action (CoAs), trade studies, and engineering assessments to inform decision-making. Assist with strategic technical planning, risk management, performance engineering, and interface design. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of systems engineering best practices across the team.
