Systems Engineer - Proposal Key Personnel

About The Position

We are seeking a Systems Engineer to be a Key Personnel for a contract proposal. This individual will be a part of the proposal process; oral presentations, documentation, understanding, and other needs. This is not full-time work. Possibility for full-time work is contingent upon contract award and selection.

Requirements

Five (5+) years of experience working with the following key technologies: Oracle Middleware Load balancer devices Lambda functions Containerization Oracle Databases Java/J2E Microsoft Office 365
At least five (5) years of experience in the development and operation of cloud and other virtualized environments.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience on one (1) or two (2) similar efforts within the last three (3) years, or currently in progress, demonstrating expertise with load balancer devices, Windows application servers, Java, and Oracle middleware, including business process orchestration and automation/deployment tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Airflow, and Liquibase.
Ability to communicate technical issues clearly with non-technical, executive-level stakeholders.
Experience on one (1) or two (2) similar efforts within the last three (3) years, or currently in progress, providing support for financial system platforms. This includes experience supporting financial year-end processes, requiring close monitoring of systems during periods of high workload.
Experience supporting Federal Agencies.
Active Secret Clearance.

Familiarity with financial system technology platforms.
Experience deploying and maintaining systems or services in Windows and Linux environments.
Experience developing and deploying business intelligence reporting solutions.
Expertise in AWS cloud services.
Expertise in Oracle suite administration.
