Learn more about ENSCO. Position Description Configure, operate, and maintain Windows and Linux systems in compliance with defined security standards. Manage user accounts, credentials, permissions, access rights, storage allocations, and Active Directory Group Policies. Maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, computers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, and ensure timely security updates. Perform routine field security scans, system assessments, and asset audits; document findings and provide recommendations to management. Support system security by helping to detect, prevent, and resolve breaches, viruses, and vulnerabilities. Contribute to risk-mitigation activities, including backup strategies, disaster recovery plans, and user security policies. Develop and execute test plans and procedures for new IT infrastructure, hardware, and system implementations. Troubleshoot and provide system-level technical support for integrated systems involving electrical, mechanical, and software components. Document system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, changes, and solutions in a centralized knowledge base. Assist in creating and maintaining internal technical documentation, IT process manuals, and policy guidelines. Stay current with emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends to enhance overall system performance and security posture.
