Requirements

Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or a Microsoft 365/Azure certification.
8 or more years of recent IT experience, with at least 4 years as an engineer installing, upgrading, managing, and administering Microsoft servers and network equipment.
Experience with Active Directory.
Experience in small business or K-12 environments.

Hyper-V experience.
Experience with SAN technologies.
Experience with VOIP systems.
Command-line networking experience.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, upgrade, and administer Microsoft Windows Server environments (Server 2025 and earlier).
Install, upgrade, and administer network devices, including SonicWall, Palo Alto, Fortigate, routers, and switches.
Perform migrations of mail and files to Office 365, including SharePoint and OneDrive.
Install and support hyperconverged server solutions.
Install and support SAN storage solutions.
Troubleshoot all areas of network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN connectivity, backups, desktops/laptops, printers, applications, and mobile devices.
Provide technical oversight, documentation, and guidance to business owners and managers.
Coordinate efforts with external vendors.
