About The Position

As a Systems Engineer, you’ll be a member of cross-functional hardware, software, and system design teams responsible for the realization of complex computing and communications systems. You’ll contribute to CONOPS, requirements definition, system modeling, performance analysis, design, integration, test, and verification of these systems. Occasional travel in support of field test events.

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field.
  • Requires 2+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree and 6 months of job-related experience.
  • Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

  • Hardware in-the-loop Systems Integrations and Test Experience
  • Electrical Engineering and/or Systems Engineering, particularly with communications or digital signal processing focus
  • Experience with Agile hardware, software, or firmware development, DevOps, CI/CD
  • Experience with Digital Engineering/Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)/SySML/MagicDraw/Cameo
  • Success leading the systems development life cycle with strong proficiency with requirements management and system modeling tools
  • Creative thinker motivated to apply technical standards and methodologies to develop solutions
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to provide technical leadership and position others for success
  • Strong presentation and communications skills with experience in the art of negotiation and the ability to meet challenging customer requirements with win-win solutions
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development for yourself and others
