Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with systems engineering, including Naval technical reviews, drafting Naval systems engineering documents, and coordination of systems test and evaluation
  • Experience as a lead capabilities integrator with a background in analysis, requirements definition and management, system test and integration, writing technical documentation, and creating design artifacts
  • Experience coordinating technical exchanges between Navy shore infrastructure programs of record, including Wideband Tactical Communications and Base Communication Agency
  • Experience with Navy C4I shore systems
  • Experience with in-person client delivery
  • Ability to communicate technical program details to acquisition team members
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

  • 7+ years of experience with systems engineering, including establishing an organization's IT infrastructure, and maintaining and updating IT hardware, sof tware, and services to ensure it supports established enterprise goals
  • Experience working in a Navy Systems Command, Acquisition, or Integration Program Office or a Warfare Center such as PMW 770, 130, and 790
  • Experience supporting a PMW 770 program of record such as an NC3 program
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • TS / SCI clearance
  • Master's degree in Engineering, IT, or CS
