About The Position

SEACORP is seeking a Systems Engineer to perform integration of instructional computer-based training curriculum content within modern architecture. This will include configuration and management of a development environment utilized by a small group of developers compatible with target systems and adhering to cybersecurity requirements. Integration will be performed with a balanced approach to increase modularity and flexibility for deploying products, while meeting schedule and performance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Successful candidates will have working knowledge of containers, container management, virtualization architectures and networking within Linux and Windows Operating systems.
• While not developing software, candidates will require knowledge of services used by software components and the overall software architecture in order to successfully integrate, package and deploy containerized applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers or software developers to select appropriate design solutions or ensure the compatibility of system components.
• Identify system data, hardware, or software components required to meet user needs.
• Provide guidelines for implementing secure systems to customers or installation teams.
• Evaluate current or emerging technologies to consider factors such as cost, portability, compatibility, or usability.
