About The Position

LOCATION: Full-time, onsite in the WMA

We are seeking a Systems Engineer with hands‑on experience across Windows, Linux, or similar operating systems. Candidates must be proficient with automation tools and Infrastructure‑as‑Code practices, and capable of engineering secure, compliant environments aligned with DISA SRG/STIG requirements—particularly within disconnected or highly controlled networks.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
• Hands‑on experience across Windows, Linux, or similar operating systems.
• Proficient with automation tools and Infrastructure‑as‑Code practices
• Capable of engineering secure, compliant environments aligned with DISA SRG/STIG requirements—particularly within disconnected or highly controlled networks.

Nice To Haves

• Working with Containers.
• Risk management framework or ICD503.
• Project management.

Responsibilities

• Engineering multiple operating systems such as Windows, Linux, or similar.
• Leveraging automation tools and deploying scripts - Infrastructure as Code.
• Providing detailed documentation and diagrams to support engineering efforts.
• Providing architecture, design, test and secure environments adhering to DISA (Defense Information Systems Agency), SRG (Security Reference Guides) and STIG (Security Technical Implementation Guides) compliance in a disconnected environment.
• Utilizing DevOps methodologies and tools.
