About The Position
We have built our reputation by providing top level IT and security solutions to our clients. Due to a newly acquired contract, we have an immediate need for Tier 3 Systems Engineer. This is a full-time direct hire position with excellent employee benefits. Active Top Secret Clearance REQUIRED Do you have an Active TS Clearance and 3+ years experience as a Systems Engineer? Requirements
- Active Top Secret Clearance (and able to obtain SCI within 3 months of onboarding)
- Strong background using Citrix
- Prior experience with Ghost Imaging
- Windows Deployment Services
- Enterprise Network Support
- Windows 10
- Prior help desk support at Tier 2 level
Responsibilities
- Support laptop/workstation imaging configurations
- Support various commercial and government applications
- Manage multi-datacenter, dispersed enterprise virtual network
- Manage multi-site Citrix farm administration - XenAp/Xen Desktop 7.18, WEM, ProfMgmet
- Train junior support personnel with Citrix
- Support virtual infrastructure - VMWare, Hyper-V, EMC, NetApp, Cisco UCS, Dell PE Enclosures
- Manage Active Directory structures
